I just realized today, after having a bad month and whining the entire time, that as of today I am 1/3rd of the way there. Goal is to lose 45 lbs to get to 135, and I've lost 15! I'm only 3 pounds above my June 30th primary goal of 145. I'm averaging a slow 5 pound loss per month, not exciting but it works and its health. Meeting my secondary goal of 135 by September 30th should be so much easier after an active summer. I'm just excited to realize that and wanted to share.
