Been a while since I've written in the Blog. Shoulder is doing really well. Still need to get a little more strength but all in all, doing much better.
Back went out AGAIN a couple of weeks ago and has been trying to go out every few days since - - needless to say, there is pain. Had an MRI done two weeks ago and I have to see the Neuro Surgeon on the 5th of April. My entire lumbar/sacral spine has annular tears, ligamental thickening, and one bulging disk. I sure wish this body of mine would get over falling apart!!!! I'm getting awfully tired of surgeries and bad health. This really puts a damper on my fitness/exercise. I had planned on starting Curves up until about 2 weeks ago seeing as how my shoulder was doing so much better. Now, everything is on hold again. I will get to Curves eventually, just not in the next few months. Until then, I wil continue to walk the dogs with my hubby 3 x a day. We get about 2 1/2 miles in a day. I can't walk around our resort by myself as my back has a tendency to try to go out even while walking.
Weight isn't going down anymore but my clothes are still fitting differently which is good!! Will keep you posted.
