Yep, Spring has Sprung in NW Colorado! My last blog was about the sun shining and melting the snow so fast.... and since then, we've got about a foot of snow in 2 days! Yes, it warms up in the afternoon and most of it melts, but there is still snow on the ground! It makes for lots of mud and makes me NOT want to walk outside! And since I'm on Spring Break, I don't want to drive to town to walk in the school!
So tomorrow starts my challenge of getting my exercise in while on Spring Break ~ not having someone push me and being on a schedule each morning! I have a plan though ~ which is going to make the difference I think ~ not having a plan, I would probably do very little!
1) I plan to do at LEAST 30 minutes on the Wii in the morning ~ either Wii Fit or Wii Dance, or even Wii Zumba. ~ this usually turns into longer
2) I plan to do at LEAST 10 minutes on the stationary bike OR go for a walk if the road is dry enough.
3) I plan to do some misc. exercises like crunches, planks, lunges etc.
4) I plan to do some extra stairs
so like I said, I have a PLAN ~ which hopefully will become reality! No, it WILL become reality.
if I go to town this week, I PLAN to stop in and do some TRX training. but I also hope that I don't make many trips to town this week! It's so nice to just stay home!
