Hi peeps... had a fun but exhausting weekend and I'm happy to get back to a boring work week. I made good progress last week by planning my meals, adding a few days of Kickboxing video and being prepared so that is what I'm going to do this week as well.

What about you? How are you going to succeed this week?

    Hi Jan. Not sure how this blog notice snuck by me, but it did. I hope your week is off to a good start. I have all my workouts mapped out for the week, in addition to all the walks I fit in between workouts. I have done well at avoiding some of my food traps (i.e. Starbucks). I am, as always, focused on eating more protein which helps so much in avoiding nighttime eating. Take care and have a good week, doll!

    Sounds great! This week, I am going to succeed by varying up my eating habits a bit - I think I need more protein earlier in the day. I'm having a somewhat hard time controlling my midday eating. So hopefully making a few changes will help!
