Our topic this week was: Do you think positive affirmations help you achieve your goals? If so, what are some of the positive affirmations you use?
I do read a motivational quote each day, i may not always post it in time in my blogs but i read them. It has helped me alot to stay motivated in my weight loss journey, and the motivation i get from my sparkgroups and spark buddies, and those few buddies being my accountable buddies too have been a great help with my weight loss weight. The Ladies of Aspire and Inspire group have been great, since this is part of our weekly challenge to spread the spark to our team members and other team members, and its always nice to see share their motivational quotes. Or sayings or good things. Also another aspect in my journey is my Team Golden Phoenix of the BLC 21 round i am currently doing, the ladies have been awesome. I may of got more out of the team pairing than the team flock but it all counts to the positive outlook i have for my weight loss despite how slow it can be at times.
