Day 8 (Feb. 8th): Today was my splurge day so I relaxed and ate out for dinner.

I worked over 50 hours this week. I've been exhausted The stress level with the dram that I'm dealing with at work cannot even be explained. It is out of control. I can't believe that I stayed on track this week. Not to mention, this is the week before TOM and any lady out there knows how hard that can be.

Here's my fitness tracker for the week. Not too shabby.

And on another good note. I weighed in for my 5% challenge this week. I'm down to 143.2. I've lost 4.6lbs since beginning the challenge. I still have four weeks left. I know I can reach my goal weight of 141. In fact, it would be nice if I'm even less than that but heck, I'll take that 5% at 141lbs. Stay tuned for more updates there.

Thanks to all the Firecrackers for your understanding. There have been a few rough weeks and I just haven't had time to check in or talk. I will try my best to visit more this week. emoticon
