I am up to 165 after my little trip to Maine and I know why....I ate everything I felt like. It was fun but I like the feeling of some kind of control of myself better. I have my menu planned out for the week and most of it is going to be the kale soup and fruit salad both which I made today. I want to feel good in the outfit I got for Easter.
So here is to a great Easter week. I am definitely hitting the gym after work tomorrow and so looking forward to taking a yoga class on Tuesday with my favorite yoga instructor who has been out of town for 3 weeks, and I have missed her so much. Since I started taking her classes I feel my body has changed alot, especially my arms. :)
