So, it was another day for the treadmill. I walked 3ph and every now and then jogged at 4.5 for a minute. I don't think I will ever enjoy jogging/running. I'm a walker. I figure I'll walk for 10 minutes, walk/jog for 10 minutes, and then walk for another 10 minutes. That is the only way I enjoy cardio. Is it so wrong to advance really, really slowly?
Anyways, I've dropped 32 pounds in 2 months. I'm doing good so far. My body recognizes that it's a lifestyle change and I very rarely crave foods. Usually, when I do it means hunger is coming. I grab one of my snacks and I'm good. Still, I can't shake this feeling that a plateau is coming. I've gone from 190 to 158 and I think that I will soon stop losing weight and sit at 155 for a long time. One never knows though... Only time will tell.
