Time to change my habits and attitude

One of my new goals is to write down 3 "GOOD" things from today.
#1 - even though I am officially starting my Sparkpeople countdown yet again tomorrow... I have made preparations today for it. I re did my spark page, I went grocery shopping, in a few minutes I will go downstairs and prepare food for the week. I have set my goals lower than I usually would so that I try to not disappoint myself.
#2- I had a really great nap this afternoon. Now that I am no longer working weekends I have two days off a week and am loving it. Since I am no longer employed those 2 days, and dont have the money, I am trying to do things around here that dont require money. Once warmer weather comes I will be able to get outside and start doing things, but for now, am catching up on some crocheting and reading and some overdue cleaning around here.
#3-I am glad for knowing I need to change. I am the only one that can make me lose the weight, and get in better shape. I dont have many outside influences, or people that I can share my experiences with, so its all up to me. I am trying to find the strength I need to do this.
The only things between the me I am now and the me I want to be is "Will Power". I don't know who he is, but I am thinking I need him in my life. I sure hope he is single!
