5% Awesome Challenge Week 5

On my grind, baby!

I am committed to exercise 15 minutes a day (or more).
I will rest 1 day in between workouts.
Track it!

I am committed to reading God's Word at least twice a week.
"The lamp unto my feet and light unto my path".

I will stay within my calorie limit by planning ahead of time and eat mindfully.
Track it!

I will track everything I do.
Did I say,"track it"?

My plan is THE PLAN!
I have made a commitment much like a marriage, I don't intend to break it.
For better or worse...for richer or poor (I workout at home or outside) totally free!
In sickness and in health...Uh...I will be healthy as a result.

Since we are into a new week, I am making my weekly goal a fresh, Palm Sunday new beginning week.

What's your plan for success?

    I will plan all of my meals around freggies, making them the main focus, and the rest side dishes.

I'm planning to get 6 or more hours of sleep per night! Staying within my fat range. Working out 6 days of cardio and resting one from cardio. Strength training 3 times a week. Prayer and Meditation daily. Sparking daily. I TRACK daily on Spark and my hardcopy journal! emoticon

    i commit to log my food everyday. up the ante on my excercise i really want to up the ante on my running. i also commit to stay active in my challenges and blogging.

    emoticon I plan to go back to the basics... I discovered Cheez Its and Gold Fish Crackers this week and they are not helping me reach my goal. Although I stay within range each day I really don't have a use for Cheez Its, so back to the basics here plus I can eat so much more when it is fresh fruits and veggies.
