On my grind, baby!
I am committed to exercise 15 minutes a day (or more).
I will rest 1 day in between workouts.
I am committed to reading God's Word at least twice a week.
"The lamp unto my feet and light unto my path".
I will stay within my calorie limit by planning ahead of time and eat mindfully.
I will track everything I do.
Did I say,"track it"?
My plan is THE PLAN!
I have made a commitment much like a marriage, I don't intend to break it.
For better or worse...for richer or poor (I workout at home or outside) totally free!
In sickness and in health...Uh...I will be healthy as a result.
Since we are into a new week, I am making my weekly goal a fresh, Palm Sunday new beginning week.
