I was planning on taking it light today, but I decided I better get some miles in for my upcoming half marathon. (10 more weeks!!) I ended up doing the 5 Mile Leslie Sansone Walk. I feel so much better already. I always go back to her DVD's. But, I am getting a little burned out on the same ones over and over again?
Does anyone have any recommendations for workout DVD's? Preferably walking. I think I am looking for something fairly long, but low impact to get ready for walking the 13.1 miles. But, I am open to suggestion!
