Hi my name is Jen and I am a carb addict!
OMG I never realized how many things that I eat (and like) that have carbs!Trying to cut back on them because I know I could never do the Atkins thing, it makes me sick just thinking about it
So I have decided to just cut out the "white" stuff, going to add as much multi-grain and fiber as possible! For supper I have decided to make meatloaf and salad the hubby will probably want potatoes but I ain't going to make them poor him, he needs to lose a few pounds himself.
I have been looking for some low carb recipes UGH!!!!! I have found a few but they are way fattening so I would need to revamp some of the ingredients. It seems to be too much to ask for me to find a simple low calorie low carb meal. I can get pieces which some of the recipes are things I have come up with on my own already which in a way I'm like cool I am thinking on the right track but at the same time I feel stupid for even looking if everything I find is right in front of me already!
If I don't find something that sparks my interest soon then I think I will have to go a different route!
