I thought of doing this a few times but never followed through. I'm starting a notebook to list what I eat and how it makes me feel like if it makes me crave other things, if it really satisfies, etc. I should also note how I'm feeling and how that effects how I eat too, although most everything makes me want to eat, happy, sad, depressed, excited, yada, yada, yada. lol
I'll give it a try anyway.
I already take note of what I eat and how many calories (when I'm being "good" anyway) as that just works for me, and that is how I like to do it. :)
