Whew, tired and sore!

My Insanity Max Interval Circuit kicked my butt this morning! My abs are sooo sore and if I bend down, my hamstrings are sore, too!

I'm tired! We had a Youth Spaghetti Feed at church so I was helping out for four hours today. So between an Insanity workout and the insanity of youth helping with a spaghetti fundraiser, I'm tired! I will be taking a nap this afternoon!!!

One more day of Insanity and then I get a rest day! emoticon I'm on day 40 so only about 23 more days to go! I am definitely sending in a before and after photo so I can get my Insanity t-shirt!!! I've worked hard for it, better health and for these muscles!!

Nap time now! Have a great Sunday!
