Week 1: First lb lost!

I've completed my first week! It started out good, but by mid-week things took a small downturn when I got a nagging migraine that I couldn't quite shake...which meant I didn't exercise and since I felt nauseated most of the time I ate whatever I craved (aka: comfort food). But, despite that, I still lost one pound! So I'm still counting the first week as a victory overall, and use that to keep the motivation going!
I cleaned out my kitchen and pantry Saturday and then took a trip to the grocery store where I stocked up on fruits and veggies. I anticipate this week bringing even more success than the last. :)
