Well, haven't gained or lost within a pound for 2 weeks... I've got the maintenance phase down. Trouble is I'm still in the LOSING phase.
The first 10 lbs was like climbing a hill - slow and hard to get going. Then I gained momentum and the next 10 lbs was like rolling down a hill - easy! Than boom - I hit the bottom of the hill and I've been sitting here for awhile.
I think I know why...
Haven't hit my 10k steps a day like I was doing before. Have been eating a lot more sweets than I'm used to.
Time to STEP it up. This week I will focus on those 10k steps a day. Even if I go back to walking lap up and down my street. My dog is so happy with me.
