Well in the past month of gained 5 lbs.
Its my own fault. I havent been going to the gym as much as I use to. I have been eating very bad and have not been tracking my food at all.
Tomorrow I will once restart, I m not letting it bother me its all a part of life. Life does go on

    You've got a lot on your plate and I know a lot of us still return to older patterns when we are under stress. So you are doing great.

    You can do it! Try not to let bad days discourage you. I think of weight loss as a journey and every journey has it's trouble spots. Hang in there!
