this is my new motto. I will still weight myself once a week. but I will not live or die by the scale. it is only a number. there are other numbers that are also important such as my heart rate, blood pressure and cholesterol.
My heart rate is getting better and my blood pressure is slowly improving.
My energy level is getting better. Especially after I take a few minutes for myself and get in a workout. It is funny how a 10-15 minute work out can give me more energy than I had before I exercised.
