Last time i blogged was July 25th 2012 ... wow lol
Funny i dont know why but my weight havent changed much .. but the size of my clothing have im down 3 sizes .. shirts im now wearing 1 x 2x instead of 3 x 4x and sometimes 5 x .. pants i was starting to buy 30 but now wearing 24 which are big on me ... watching the scales can be depressing .. but since last blog something big inside me have changed and thats the exercising .. we have a new 24/7 gym opened 5 minutes away from me and the owner is awesome ... he is also our fitness instructor .. i am working out way more than ever this is my march madness post on fb :

March 3: Gym 30 minutes elliptical 353 cals burned .. 1.3 distance
30 minutes treadmill 273 cals burned ... 1.33 distance

March 4: Gym 30 minutes elliptical ...395 cals burned ... 1.47 distance
30 minutes treadmill ...254 cals burned ... 1.39 distance
2 sets of mikes fat loss/ metabolic curcuit and 1/2 of the gym circuit
March 5: Gym 30 minutes elliptical... 378 cal burned ... 1.40 distance

MARCH 21: FITNESS CLASS ....... whatever mike makes us do bahahahaha lol

MARCH 22: REST DAY

MARCH 23: GYM 20 minutes elliptical .. 276 calories burned .. 1.03 distance
1 set of mikes circuits more reps ...
10 minutes treadmill ...97 calories burned .. .51 distance


so with all this working out and diet change ( may have to work on that one a lil ) u think i would be seeing more on the scales .. me not .. ohh well at less i feel better ... i didnt realize how much exercise helped with stress lol its like an addiction .. so soon maybe i will see a difference on the scales and it will give me more motivation that i will need to continue this new life changing life long journey ......
