Tracking food.

Tracking food is a pain in my beeeeehind, but i've realized that it keeps you accountable for everything you put into your mouth. When I track my food I've noticed how much I would snack or like candy in my office, how much of it I could eat. This week I'm trying to track EVERYTHING I eat, so that means if I don't know how many calories is in a bite of food, it can not go in my mouth! So I will be back next Sunday to see how it went
