GRAPEFRUIT Game - Week 7 (The "R" Week)

Rapid, this blog has to be. Race against the coming of Passover in my house. Resetting up our kitchen as a banquet hall that serves 20-plus. Resetting, as we are most accustomed to being the home team. Reeling though, with the ominous wintry forecast in what-is-supposed-to-be spring. Rut roh, Reorge, tell it to the weather, which apparently is Reveling in having different plans, including getting to use the big Red snow blower. Really I doubt it. Reality: we shall see.

Reveled last night in the presence of music. Famous country-folk guitarist Donnie Mills played in the home of a friend, including his signature Riff, set to the words of "Teenagers are Why Some Animals Eat Their Young!" Truer words never were spoken.

Remind me below, who is playing and how we did. Also, test your powers of Recall with this. (No Googling, but) Trekkers, this is for you. Can you name all 79 of The Original Series episodes? We all know "The Trouble With Tribbles" and "The City on the Edge of Forever." There were 79. I'm talking obscurity here. Who's up for helping me? Here are just a few, off the top of my head:

Balance of Terror, Day of the Dove, Let That Be Their Last Battlefield, The Alternative Factor, By Any Other Name, A Piece of the Action, The Doomsday Machine, Court Martial, The Managerie, Space Seed, The Paradise Syndrome, The Enterprise Incident, Who Mourns for Adonais, The Savage Curtain, Arena, Elyaan of Troyus, Journey to Babel, For the Worst is Hollow and I have Touched the Sky, The Corbomite Maneuver, Where No Man Has Gone Before...

That is 23. Less than a third of them. Come on people... I probably can come close to all 79, but throwing the floor open...

    the scales was kind at last and showed me there was 1.3 pounds less of me but it took me what seemed for ever to lose. . gym time going good for me and leaning how to change up my work out I can remember the the old ones and enjoyed them but the names escape me your good
thanks to the challenge need something to get me headed in the right direction April here we come . time to act like we are like Spring flowers and spring in to the summer . emoticon emoticon

    The Rigor of yesterday's Requirements Resulted in my Retiring emoticon as soon as I Returned to my Residence. Remembering that I hadn't Recorded my Rate of Reduction I Returned to Reveal that I have Relinquished 14 pounds emoticon since we embarked on this Rite.

    I am still in the game, but no loss last week. (no gain either, so that is good!) A big push on this week, and only one Easter dinner, so should be able to manage the food intake ok.
Not much help re the Star Trek...loved the original series, but did not pay much attention to the titles.

    good luck w/Passover! Maintaing the weight, but really having to concentrate on de-stressing. Walks outdoors help that . . . as long as Mother Nature decides to play nice weather-wise!

    With the start of Spring...Reality is setting in and I Realize that I need to Review my Routine and pump it up a notch. Summer is coming. I need to Rev things up a and do more Repitions. I may not be able to Run but I can do more cardio without suffering the consequences of my knee joints Rebelling against me in pain. ReWind, Reboot, Regroup and Rally forward.
Onward to the Rewards of Success
