My Last 2 weeks of the BLC!!

Ok these last weeks I have lost!! But I have decided that I am only going to think in two week increments!!
Cuz you can do anything for two weeks RIGHT!!

This is what I am going to do everyday!!

1. Quickfire
2. Hula-Hoop at least 10 Min.
3. Rebound 2 Min. 10 times a day For 20 Min.
4. My Strength Training routine here on Spark
5. One of Coach Nicole Videos everyday!
6. 30 Day Shred that's 20 min.!!

OH yeah Wed. is my rest day, Cuz I volunteer for 2 hours and I walk for those 2 hours leading a horse around, sometimes fighting with the horse to slow down or Pulling him along so that counts for upper arms JK No really I Volunteer for a friend who works with kids on Horses and it is called Hippotherapy, and it is amazing how well the kids do and how much they improve, and this is my 10th year, So that is a lot of walking and pulling Horses! LOL

I am doing this so I have a place to come back and check off each day!
