I started the ten minute trainer yesterday. I'm doing the for week plan. It has you do three videos six days a week and one video once a week. I was only able to do two videos. My clothes were damp with sweat. It really gets you moving in just ten minutes! I did two more again today. The plan says to do 3 but if you still my have time to do the top one. The days I work I'm only going to be able to do one but I am going to do it! I'm hoping by the 2 week I'll be able to do all three videos on my days off. If not I will be by week three. My legs were sore this morning so I know it's working. My long term goal is to get down to 150. By next summer I want to have lost enough to feel completely comfortable in a swimsuit at the beach. It doesn't have to be a two piece but it'd be nice. Lol. By this summer I want to lose enough to feel comfortable enough in a swimsuit that I'm not looking over my shoulder to make sure no one's looking before I take my cover up off. Sad I know. My short term goal is to lose a pound a week. I know I can do it. If I make it higher I'll just stress over and get down if I don't reach it. Of course more would be better.
