I didn't recover as well as I had liked after last week's issues. I only got in two work outs and didn't stay in my nutritional ranges once. I just have to realize this is going to be a lifelong battle and just get my act in gear and deal with that. All my mistakes and drinking and eating caused me to gain 4.4 pounds this last week. Definitely not good. So I'm starting over, again, tomorrow. I have things going on today that prevent me from starting now, and that's okay. It happens.

Now I know that I've posted about doing a spark goodie contest today. Those details will be posted in my next blog :)
