Are you, like me, one of those folks who walk into a room and don't remember what you went in there for in the first place? Have you tried focusing and repeating to yourself beforehand what you need only to find something else to do once you're in there?
There's hope for us. Phychologists at University of Notre Dame have a name for this annoyance. "Event Boundary". The mind separates one set of thoughts from another. It gives the mind a blank page when you enter the room.
It's not us aging! It's life!
