I recently joined Weight Watchers and I have to say this is a much needed change. I've been half heartedly doing Jenny Craig. So now I will check in at Jenny once a month and will follow the Points Plus WW eating plan. Hubby is going to follow too. He is the cook (well really a chef) and we have made a pact to discuss the meals he is cooking. This is all good.

I know my plan is working because after gaining last week, I enjoyed a nice loss this week ..... and we were on vacation in Santa Cruz!

I am committed to this eating plan and will reach my goal. Just watch!
