Followed my plan for food and fitness last week 100%! YAY!

Sunday
Dinner - Chicken Tetrazzini. Love this recipe because it makes two 8x8 casseroles. We will have one tonight and I'll put one in the freezer for a busy night.

Tuesday
Dinner - Chicken Alfredo and Biscuits. One of my family's FAVORITE spark recipes.

Wednesday
Dinner - Creamy Spinach and Sausage Pasta. Trying this from the Budget Bytes blog. Looks easy and delicious.
Workout - Run

Thursday
Dinner - Eggs, waffles, bacon, fruit. My family LOVES breakfast for dinner.
Workout - kettlebell dvd

Friday
Dinner - Shredded beef burritos. Have a really big roast so will make some extra burrito filling for the freezer.
