Im going to start blogging today since its the first actual full day in florida.
Sunday 3/24- i had my lean shake/ cereal bar combo for breakfast and a hot pocket with some pretzels for lunch. I did sculpt and cardio party 3 for my workouts. We are going to byou bills for dinner so probably grouper for dinner. Im dying for some vegetables!
Monday 3/25- Had a choclate lean shake for breakfast. Im thinking about doing abs and maybe going for a walk/run on the beach. Supposed to be nice with less wind today. Did f45ez and abs.
Tuesday 3/26- we went to mcguires for lunch bc it was windy. I didnt feel well so i took the day off.
Wednesday 3/27- we went out to eat for breakfast ( i had choclate chip french toast...so yummy but not healthy). I did tone and cardio party remix. Then we went to the warf for dinner.
Thursday 3/28- back to lean shake for breakfast and hot pocket for lunch. We did a little shopping, layed on the beach and i did core 20 and combat 30
