Weekend Miles and some progress:)

SWEAT workouts continue to be great! I did not go to class Wednesday because the class focused on shoulders again...mine needed a break after Tuesday.
Today I did make up my own circuit mirroring some upper body exercises because tomorrow is LEGS!!!
30 minutes on the stepper...new addiction:)
10 minutes of the rower....most favorite piece of cardio equipment, and I hate cardio machines.
Captain's chair knee up to the front and each side. I was surprised at how much higher I could bring my knees since taking SWEAT!
I also did some pull ups on the assisted machine to check the progress I have made since the summer. In the summer I was doing 90 pounds of assistance, today 80 and I did them to fatigue. I really think I could have done 70:) Next time!
Got the pups out for a jaunt when I got home. Looking forward to getting them out again this afternoon and this evening:)
94.79....a little over 5 miles til I hit 100!!! Perhaps the rest of my pups walks will get me there today:)
100 miles for the year! Got the pups out for a hike with my hubby and hit my goal:) On to the next 100!
