Third Sunday in a row with the scales under 160! Even better, last week I was traveling and still under 160 on the Sunday weigh in. Did a lot of walking, but no workouts. Paid attention to what I was eating in restaurants, but fully enjoyed the meals with family and friends. Result -- weight about steady for the week, and still under the 160 mark. Two strategies that help me: 1) picking low carb choices and 2) realizing that it's hard to avoid huge portions when eating out, so leaving some food behind may be a necessity if there's no way to take it home.
