Exercise 50 mins. I re-discovered that you get more spark points for every 5 mins so that pushes me to do

I hope I can stay on track today, stay busy and not graze all day. We have snow coming but before it gets here I really want to go to this barn that sells antiques that I have been seeing on facebook for weeks.

Maybe I can finally convince my hubby to take me today.

Anything to get me out of the house and away from the fridge. Last night was not successful. I came home to find he'd bought CHEESE. I have been dreaming of cheese for weeks! Fail! But I did not gain.

Last note. I think that even though I have not lost much in pounds, I am losing inches?? My pants I bought to work in at walmart were skin tight. I refuse to purchase from a catalog again for clothes. Now they are comfortable. I have lost about 12-14 pound this month, but not anything in the last 2 weeks (after a loss then a gain, then a loss). My exercise bike is with resistance so maybe I am gaining muscle?
