Today: We are going to Harold's Delicatessen for my BFF's 32nd birthday. I will be in calorie range no problem but by sodium will be triple. LOTS of water for me the next few days!!!
Monday: Pot Roast w/ tons of veggies
Tuesday: Salad with broiled chicken, chow mien noodles, mandarins, sliced almonds, shredded cabbage and sesame vinaigrette.
Wednesday: Spaghetti w/ Turkey Meatballs
Thursday: Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken w/ Rice and Steamed Carrots
Friday: Pork Char Siu summer rolls w/ tons of veggies and steamed edamame
Saturday: Flatbread Pizza
Sunday: Ham, Cheese, Mushrooms & Spinach Crustless Quiche w/ salad
