Yesterday was 100% on-plan.
The reward for that? Personal satisfaction and SparkPoints.
Not the scale. My weight seems to be completely independent of my behaviors. So if I try to get satisfaction by reading the scale, I'm going to be sorely disappointed.
Tracking my food & exercise, keeping to the plan, feels like Success!
