Being honest

Today's assingment on my Spark Coach was to blog about a past mishap. Well it was not so past it happen yesterday.. I had a very busy day between taking my younger son to his chess classes and taking the other to get his glasses fix.. then to my groceries.. my hubby decidcd to stop at a bakery and get all sort of sweet pasteries.. this is my weakness .. I forgot before I left my house to pack some snacks in my bookbag.. I did take my water.. well I gave it and did not stop at one had four as the matter of fact .. when I got home made some healthy chicken and home made mash potatoes and of course veggies.. well I did not measure my portion .. but had my water.. felt so guilty so overwhelm I did not exercise.. so this morning the sesion made me analyze what I did wrong and correct it ... now in my bookbag I have my dried fruits and protein bars and cold water in the fridge ready for n the go situations.. I will brush off the dirt from my shoulders stand up and move forward .. will learn from my mishap but will not let it overwhelm with guilt.. becuase honestly I know I can do it one day at a time..

    We just have to remember to be wise (or strong) all the time, to be able to say no, or only take one. It's all about wanting to please someone. Be sure to put yourself first when that happens. Eventually we/they will learn. emoticon

    You are not alone I do not love desserts or sweets or eat them often . But this morning my son made cinamon buns and yeah i had two . did i need them or want them NO stuff happens I will take my cue from you the rest of teh day I will eat healthy and maybe go for a walk. And next time I will wait and let the buns get ccld so they will be less apetising. It would be nice if the people we love would make this easier but we will overcome ggod blog and solutions,

    Excellent! Way to turn yourself around.

Sweets are my weakness too. It's rare these days that I crave sweets like I used to but if I see them, GAME ON! I can't stop.
