Day 1 - 1 lb down.
Day 2 - 1 lb down.
Day 3 - 1.1 lb down.
Day 4 - 0.8 lb down.
Day 5 - 0.1 lb down. beef, rice cracker, rye, red pepper
Day 6 - 0.6 lb down cupcake
Today I tested beef again, and also (I know, cheating...) indulged in a cupcake at the gallery launch. Luckily, no repercussions! Am v pleased with how this is going - it's having results and getting me far more into veg and water - two things I'll take away when it's over.
PS under 140 for first time in *cough* AGES!
