They say that an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Well, for me it goes beyond that.
Weight watchers says that all fruit and vegetables are zero points value now. What they fail to mention is that apples especially have natural sugars in them.
I know they are good for you, but, like the CEO of weight watchers says in his book "weight loss boss"...you don't need to go all "fruit bat" and eat five in one day.
I am guilty of this and have done it many times and I think that along with other reasons is why I am NOT losing any more weight.
So starting this week I will NOT buy any more apples and instead need suggestions for fruit?. I like things that are crunchy and somewhat sweet...but, please...in your suggestions, I need to watch the sugar content.
