Sorry to say this right off the bat, but is there any way you can make the lighting in the video better? It's kinda dark :-/ Anyhow, No you def. do not want to see Biggest Loser weight loss. They make the contestants go through hell and back, puking and passing out for that and when they aren't puking, they are belittled. Not healthy physically or mentally! 1-2 pounds per week is what you should expect. Doing that, I've lost 8 pounds so far and on Monday hopefully I'll be up to 10 pounds loss :-)

What are you doing for exercise? I'm doing dance cardio with my Wii and Xbox360/Kinect as well as doing my fitness trampoline.

You sound a lot like me. Im a very slow looser. My weight has stayed the same for almost a month. But I will say I did have valentine candy, birthday cake, and a few other sweets at different parties and outings. Which Im sure is what slowed my progress. But I always kept less than 1500 calories a day. I haven't been doing much for exercise though. Each day is a struggle but not going to give up at all. I gotta prove to myself I can do it. We can do it. Good luck.

It's time to get serious. You have a good attitude. Don't be disappointed if 100 pounds take 18 to 24 months. It takes real time. You didn;t gain it over night.

I lost 90 pounds over 18 months and simply stopped there. I wanted 10 pounds more. Too bad.

Once I started running, I regained 20 pounds. I want to lose those back. But my doctor assures me that it is not necessary as long as I don't throw up my hands and let it all go. He is pleased that I don;t find the 20 pounds gain acceptable. But he's not concerned because I am active.

One other thing, not losing a week is not failure. Jumping off track for a meal or a day or even a week is not the end of the world.

Hang in there. You can do it.
