Today I dropped .2kgs from last week... yay it is a drop. 77.4 kgs.
I find I need to eat between 874 and 1337 cals to get any loss - I interval eat so up two days down one. I've got another 21 kgs to lose and am getting concerned I'll have to eat nothing to get a maintain when I get there... ha ha!!!
I have upped my Zumba and weights to 2 -3 hours 5 days a week and 20 mins two days a week respectively. Sparkpeople says I'm doing too much but it feels so good I'd like to do more.:)
I've showed my stats to hubby who is usually amazing with numbers and he says just keep going you are doing fine. Nice ...
Before I started SP hardly moved at all except to go to the fridge!!!!
Anyone got any ideas to help, I don't promise to try them if they don't fit my management plan ...sorry...but I'd like to hear them all?
On the up side I decided to wear my size 18 jeans today, as finally we are moving into autumn and they were too big in january but I'm old school or scottish or something and don't want to waste them as I only wore them twice, and they are sooo baggy ...another yay...
