Back at it AGAIN!

Okay so today is my first day back to working out in awhile. I did 2 miles on the treadmill and then stopped because my back was starting to tense up. I decided to start easy and not hurt myself and then be out of the game again. Made a smoothie today, boy was that good! I also had scrambled eggs this morning with alot of different veggies in them. So I know what needs to be done. I just have to keep chugging away on my journey and not let people get to me. I'll see you tomorrow....
