I've been working my butt of in the gym and trying to improve my eating habits but it isn't enough. It's been over a month and my weight is still up and down I started at 205 then went down to 202 then up to 206 now I'm between 201-203. This sucks!!!!
I want to give up and just be fat. It hurts that I am working this hard and nothing is showing. Yes I seen a little progress but I'm disappointed. I tried to lose weight last year and in two months I had lost 10 pounds. Why is this time different? The only difference is the time of day and I'm doing more exercising this time around.
I know I shouldn't quit but this is pretty discouraging
