Lose or go home!!

I am beginning my weight loss journey. I am excited but at the same time very lost at even where to start. I have a lot of weight to lose with being this lost but I am trying my hardest to research as much as I can. I have been thinking about this for a few months now but just have not had the motivation or knowledge to do it. I am sure now that I am ready to change my life forever. I have about 90 pounds to lose and am hoping to reach that goal within a year. I plan to eat healthy and exercise.

    Don't think about the large goal. Break it down it to small steps. Because all of those small goals and baby steps will equal the large goal in the end.

    emoticon I didn't go on a diet, I read articles on spark and ate in moderation and its working for me. It is slow for me because I have some health issues and can't exercise as much as others do. I can say it's best to loose by following guidelines that you can use for life, instead of a quick fix - they don't work. Good luck, be blesssed and spark on!!!

    Sounds as if you have plans to get going already. Eat healthy and exercise are the key. Just make yourself small challenges to start with and you'll find yourself getting there, step by step. There are so many people and so many articles which can help you and keep you motivated. Just keep on sparking and join some good teams which will help you on your journey.
