broken ankle

I broke my ankle on Thursday night. It is so not fun! This is either going to b e great for my weight or a real disaster. I have been on t he couch for 3 days walking, no laundry, no shopping. (no exercise). I also can't do anything for myself so I need to wait for people to bring me food, Dinner last night was awesome. Haven't had anything today.
So, sitting on the couch can cause weight gain.....but if the family keeps forgetting to feed me I'll shed the pounds!! I'll keep you posted,

    Guess it is time for some chair exercises!
Sorry about the ankle. Hope you are back on your feet soon.
I hope the family will remember to bring you your food and water so you don't wither away. Encourage them to do some low cal meal planning and to at least leave you with water and something to nibble on (like carrots and celery?).
