Today, I talked to someone who has similar health issues and we decided to encourage and motivate each other. We made the decision to make small goals called "Daily Tasks." We are starting out slowly and taking baby steps to regain our determination, fight our battles & live a healthier life. We each made a goal for today but I need more ideas and would appreciate any suggestions.
