Had a great time in NY and Washington with my Hubby and one of my kids but boy am I off track food wise. I think my hubby losing weight by doing nothing other than walking with us just felt so frustrating...but I only have myself to blame for overeating.
I was in a hotel with a gym for the first week and got my exercise in every morning for at least 50 minutes but then I overate breakfast and the rest of the day. Second week we were at friends and travelling but I still managed to exercise 4 days out of 7. We did a lot of walking as well but again I just ate too much junk.
Came home almost a week ago but still eating junk and feeling it!
Passover starts in 2 days time and after that I plan to get back on track I'm fed up of not fitting into any o my clothes.
