My week 2 challenge is to write a blog entry about what we hope to accomplish out of this great three month challenge. What I hope to accomplish is setting up a pattern that I can keep to. My problem is that I tend to start strong on diet and workout plans, and then after a month or so, I falter, and I quit. So far I've been working out and eating right for five weeks now, and I feel better than ever physically. I feel lazy if I don't exercise, and I find it exciting to work out now. Everyone says losing weight won't give me self confidence, but I'm finding as I lose more and more pounds and become healthier, I am becoming more confident. And that is what is important.
