Went swimming this morning and it was so awesome! Haven't done it in ages and I'm so glad that I went. That's not me swimming, but I wanted to post a picture so that when I come back to this blog I'll see it and I'll be reminded of how much fun and what a great workout I had.
I swam 20 laps in 35 minutes. I don't know if that's good or not, but I know that I was huffing and puffing! Being a runner makes you think that you are invincible, but swimming will show you otherwise. LOL! I am going to commit to swimming laps 2x per month and try to build up from there.
