.....but am forcing myself to do the needful things that I have planned......haven't done my workout yet, but did get out in fresh air.....have found myself a bit more sleepy lately; don't know why that is, and I'm puzzled......

    Some days you just feel a little tired as your body's way of telling you it needs a break. It's important to listen. Perhaps you didn't sleep well or perhaps your body is fighting off some kind of crud. Good for you for getting some fresh air! Just keep listening, challenging yourself when you can but not overdoing it if you're really not feeling well. Good luck, and feel better soon!
