How It's Going for me

First off, I had a great walk this morning. I took my time to warm up my muscles (at first I was walking too fast and my muscles were crying). After I warmed up, actually about 4-5 minutes, then I took off. I tried to maintain proper walking form and I felt a major difference. My heart rate rose higher than it had been on my other walks, but was well within range. My muscles were taking care of me and my legs felt strong. I felt great! I walked two miles today, and it felt really good.

I lost .5 pound, and I was just relieved that I didn't gain. I'm not worried anymore about what i will weigh at the end of this challenge. I'm just glad I'm still here. However, I do think it was the T-tapp that made the difference. I did it about four times this week, and it is a magnificent workout. Tomorrow morning, I think I'll check my measurements. And then again, I think I may wait until next week.

Well, this week's challenge is a true challenge for me. I hate keeping up with my food. I would love it if my body only craved wholesome foods and if I only ate when I was hungry. I know if I did that, I wouldn't need to track. But when you crave junk and foods you don't need and eat when it's in your face like I do, then maybe you need to track. I'm planning to try this week, though. At least this challenge is giving me my 'want to' back. I'm off to stretch now.

    Great job! Walking is my favorite exercise, and with all the snow we have here it's quite the workout!!

I have to ask, what is T-tapp?

    Hey 5 pounds lost is better than 5 pounds gained right? I think you are doing great!!!

Luckily I have been tracking since August, so I am okay with challenge so far, but I feel you luckily I have been craving really bad food. Le sigh. But we will emoticon right? Right!

    I will have it easy this week on the challenge. I track every day. You may find after a week that this will become something you really need. Was going to say "enjoy", but come on now, it takes time and isn't that much fun haha. Here's to our continuing to lose.
