Well, as long as it's still cold out here in Jersey, I still have time to get it together for bikini season. ;-) So, there is still time for me to get back on track and lose weight ahead of the warmer weather.
Last week started off well enough but then I caved, actually imploded, as job-related stressors mounted. The calorie intake on Thursday and Friday was massive. Unfortunately, old habits die hard. Still, on the plus side, I am still exercising routinely and vigorously; I am very much back in the game.
So, there is all the more reason for my last week of March to be a good one. How about yours?
