Today I did my first 5k for the year...I only walked it but did it in 50 mins...which is about what I was shooting for. I'm hoping to do another one in April and hopefully do the "Walk Wisconsin" 1/4 marathon in June.
Do have to say when I started out the this morning walking I was cold but half way through I was sweating. My legs feel like rubber right now but it's a good feeling and will worth it.
Now I just need to pick up my pace and maybe add a little jog into it.
